The agreement between your organisation and UiNform.
Last updated: 20 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between UiNform, registered in the Netherlands with the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 95512144, and the organisation that uses UiNform (your organisation, or you). By creating an organisation in UiNform, or by joining one, you accept them on its behalf.
We have written them plainly. Where something matters, it is said in bold.
UiNform helps nonprofit organisations write their project documents: concept notes, logical frameworks, work plans, budgets, risk registers, monitoring and evaluation plans, full proposals and the reports that follow. It writes with AI, under rules and guidance our team has written for every paragraph and every line of every document.
UiNform is for organisations, not for private individuals. It is offered to nonprofit and other organisations for their work, and these terms are a business agreement.
Everything your organisation puts into UiNform, and every document UiNform writes for it, belongs to your organisation. We claim no ownership of it. You give us only the permission we need to store it, process it and show it to the people in your organisation, in order to provide UiNform, as set out in our Data Processing Agreement.
Your data never trains AI, ours or anyone's. We never sell it, and we never use one organisation's work to write another's documents.
You can take everything with you at any time: an owner can download every document, every file and all your organisation's data from the Team page.
UiNform itself is ours: the application, its design, the way it is built, and the rules, guidance, instructions, templates and checks behind every document. These terms do not give you any right to copy them, or to use them to build something that competes with UiNform. The documents written for you are yours, as section 3 says; the machinery that wrote them stays ours.
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve UiNform, with no obligation to you.
UiNform's documents are written with AI. Our rules hold the writing to what you told us, and UiNform checks its own documents and tells you what only you can settle. But rules are not a guarantee, and AI can still be wrong.
Please do not use UiNform to:
We may suspend access that breaks this section, as section 10 says.
Plans. UiNform has two plans. Both include every document UiNform writes and as many people as your organisation needs.
| Inform | Transform | |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly | EUR 59 | EUR 149 |
| Yearly | EUR 590 | EUR 1,490 |
| Projects | 3 | 8, and 4 more for EUR 69 each time you need them |
Prices are shown without VAT. Nonprofits led by refugees can ask for 30% off, by writing to support@uinform.app.
The free trial. Every organisation can try UiNform once, free, for 14 days, with no card. A trial allows 2 projects and the concept, design and proposal documents (the Theory of Change included), but not Report Management. In a trial each document has the same fresh start as on a plan (section 8), and the Full Project Proposal is written once per project. When the trial ends, your work is kept, and you choose a plan to carry on writing.
Payment. Payment is taken by Stripe, in euros, at the start of each month or year, by card. Your plan renews automatically until an owner cancels. Only an owner of your organisation can choose, change or cancel its plan.
Changing plan. Moving to a larger plan, or adding projects, takes effect at once, and you pay now only the difference for the days left in the period already paid for. Moving to a smaller plan, or removing projects, takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and only if the projects you have in progress fit the smaller plan.
One free trial. Each person can start one free trial, with the first organisation they create. An organisation created later by the same person, including after deleting the first, starts without a free trial.
VAT. Prices are shown without VAT. Organisations in the Netherlands, and organisations elsewhere in the EU without a valid VAT number, pay VAT on top, at the Dutch rate of 21% (or, where the law requires it, at the rate of their own country). An organisation elsewhere in the EU with a valid VAT number pays no VAT: the invoice says "reverse charge", and the organisation accounts for the VAT itself. Organisations outside the EU pay no Dutch VAT. The VAT is worked out from your billing address and any VAT number you give, shown before you pay, and set out on every invoice together with our own VAT number.
When a payment fails. If a renewal payment is declined, Stripe tries again over the following 14 days and emails your billing address each time, and everything keeps working meanwhile. If the payment still has not gone through after those 14 days, your organisation becomes read-only: you can read, download and export everything, and edit text by hand, but UiNform writes nothing new and no new project can be started. As soon as the open invoice is paid, everything works again. The same read-only state applies when a free trial ends and no plan has been chosen.
Prices may change. We will tell owners at least 30 days before a price change takes effect, and it applies from your next billing period.
Each plan has limits, set out on our pricing page and enforced by UiNform itself.
When you reach a limit, UiNform tells you and offers the plan above; it never deletes anything to make room.
We may suspend access, for one person or for the whole organisation, if it is needed to protect UiNform, other organisations or anyone's data, or if section 6 is broken. Where we can, we will tell you first and explain why. Suspension never deletes your work.
We work to keep UiNform available and safe, with backups every night, a restore tested every week, and monitoring that tells us when something fails. We do not promise that it will never be unavailable or never contain an error. Where a planned interruption is needed, we will try to choose a quiet time.
UiNform keeps improving. We may change, add or remove features. If we remove something you rely on in a way that matters, we will tell owners beforehand.
We take care of your work, and we hope this section is never needed. If something does go wrong, this is how far our responsibility goes.
Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that Dutch law does not allow to be limited, such as for intent or deliberate recklessness by UiNform or its management.
Otherwise:
If you think we have caused you a loss, please tell us as soon as you can, so we can put it right where we are able to.
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. How we handle your organisation's data on its behalf is set out in our Data Processing Agreement, which is part of these terms. Where the two documents and these terms differ about personal data, the Data Processing Agreement wins.
Our team may look at your workspace read-only, for at most one hour at a time, and every view is recorded, as both documents describe.
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell owners at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you can stop using UiNform before then, as section 9 describes.
We would always rather talk first: write to support@uinform.app, and we will look for a fair answer together.
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. If a disagreement cannot be settled by talking, it is decided by the District Court of Rotterdam (rechtbank Rotterdam), unless the law requires otherwise.
