AI and your data
Your data never trains AI, and what to check before you send a document.
Your data never trains AI
Nothing you put into UiNform is used to train any AI model. Not by us, and not by anyone we work with.
- UiNform trains no AI. We do not build or train models, and we never will with your organisation's information.
- The AI company whose models write your documents is not allowed to train on your data. Its commercial terms forbid it, and it deletes what it receives within 30 days.
- Your work stays yours. Your project, your answers and your documents are never used to write another organisation's documents, and no other organisation can see them. Everything you write belongs to your organisation.
- We keep a count, not your words. To understand our costs we record how much writing each document took, never what was written.
Written with AI, decided by you
UiNform writes your documents with AI, under rules and guidance our team has written for every paragraph and every line of every document. Those rules hold it to what you told us: it should not invent a figure, a place or a commitment, and where a document cites published evidence, it searches trusted humanitarian publishers and names its source.
Rules are not a guarantee. AI can still be wrong, and you know your project better than any tool can. So before you send any document:
- Read it all. You submit it under your organisation's name, and you are responsible for what it says.
- Check every figure, date and name against your own records, especially budgets, beneficiary numbers and targets.
- Open the sources. A citation carries a link to the page it came from. Make sure that page says what the document says it does.
- Make it yours. You can edit your documents' writing, and UiNform tells you when it has found something only you can settle.
UiNform helps you write a strong proposal. Whether a donor funds it is the donor's decision, and we cannot promise any outcome.
